  • Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 10 minutes of placing it. Orders can be canceled via our customer support hotline or through the app/website. Post this time frame, the order cannot be canceled as it moves into preparation.
  • Large Orders: For bulk or large corporate orders, cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

2. Refunds

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds will only be provided in the following cases:
    • Incorrect order delivery (e.g., wrong items).
    • Damaged or spoiled salads upon delivery.
    • Missing items in the order.
  • Non-refundable cases: We do not offer refunds for issues related to personal taste preferences, or if the order is not consumed within the suggested time frame for freshness.
  • Refund Process: To apply for a refund, contact us at support@lettuceloveofficial.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. Our team will investigate the issue and initiate a refund if valid.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

3. Modifications

  • Order Modifications: If you wish to make changes to your order (e.g., ingredient swaps), please contact us within 10 minutes of placing the order. Modifications are not possible after preparation has begun.

4. Exchanges

  • Incorrect or Defective Orders: In cases where you receive incorrect or defective items, we will replace the item or provide a refund, depending on availability.

5. Delivery Failures

  • Missed Deliveries: If a delivery is missed due to customer unavailability or incorrect delivery details provided, no refund will be issued. Please ensure the correct details are entered when placing an order.
